This is a unique piece for those who like their jewellery with bags of personality. This pendant captures the characteristic beech leaf shape and delicate tracery of the veins on the leaf. Because this is made from a real leaf each and every leaf unique. No two pieces will ever be the same.

I make each leaf painstakingly by hand, using a real leaf as the basis for each piece. I use recycled silver in a clay based form to make each piece. I use the clay to press the leaf into it, capturing all its beautiful detail. I then burn the leaf off in a kiln at 873 degrees for 3 hours! This transforms the silver clay into fine silver - which means it is 99% pure silver - in the exact copy of the leaf. Its a bit like magic!

This beech leaf measures approximately 2.5cm by 3cm. You can choose a 16, 18 or 20 inch sterling snake chain for your lovely beech leaf at checkout.
